Engine Flushing Can’t Fix Bad Maintenance

An engine flush is no substitute for good oil and filter maintenance (following the Honda Canadian Maintenance Schedule).  Any engine that is allowed to run up excessive mileage and/or time between oil and filter changes is a candidate for accelerated wear and sludge build-up, whether or not you “clean” it with a flush.  Engine flushing can remove some soft deposits, but it can’t restore worn out parts.
